Overview

The SaaS Post-Sale Studio ("we," "us," "our") is a boutique consulting practice operated by Christine Borkowski. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 automatically collects information including pages visited, time on page, general geographic location (country/region), device type, and browser type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Application form data. When you submit our intake form (powered by Tally.so), we receive the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company, role, and details about your situation. We use this information solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

How we use your information

  • Analytics data is used to understand site performance and improve content.
  • Application form data is used to respond to your inquiry and, if we move forward together, to facilitate a working relationship.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • We do not send marketing emails or newsletters unless you have explicitly opted in.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish users and sessions. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Data retention

Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months by default. Application form submissions are retained as long as they are relevant to an active or potential client relationship and deleted upon request.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), or similar laws — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the form on our Work With Us page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
